The Platform Committee of the Georgia Green Party uses an e-mail list to inform party members of proposed revisions to the platform, the process by which those proposals are voted upon and how members can participate. In additions, members of the list can use it to discuss those revisions, with the goal of improving the quality of the proposals and clarifying their meaning.

To join the list, do the following:

1. Visit http://lists.georgiagreenparty.net/mailman/listinfo/gpga-platform-cmte and fill out the form. Be sure to hit the “Subscribe” button below the form.

2. You should receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your subscription request. This e-mail might be in your Spam folder, so look for it there if it doesn’t come to your inbox. See this sample confirmation email.

I, as the Platform Committee Co-Chair, will then confirm that the person who attempted to subscribe is a Georgia Green Party Member. I then will approve the request to subscribe to the list.

To confirm you are subscribed to the list, visit http://lists.georgiagreenparty.net/mailman/private/gpga-platform-cmte/. You will be prompted to enter your e-mail address and password. If you then see the archives of the list, you have been subscribed.

If you need your password reset, visit the list info page. Scroll to the bottom and enter your e-mail address and click on the button labeled “Unsubscribe or edit options.” On the next screen, scroll until you reach the end of the page and click on the button labeled “Remind.”

If you are unable to complete this process, call or text Ayman Fadel at 706-284-3002.
